We are upgrading the activation method on our server, so the software versions 4.3 and 5.0+ will not work be able to use activation over the internet using license key as it was done before.
Support for version 4.3 has ended and we suggest to upgrade to the lates version.
You can unlock version 5.0+ by Local Activation method as described below in the section
Activate without the Internet using Unlock Code
Internet activation will work again with the new version 6.0 which is in the stage of beta version and we plan to release it soon.
Per attivare il software tramite Internet, attenersi alla seguente procedura:
1. Nella parte superiore della finestra principale del software, fare clic sulla scheda "Software".
2. Seleziona il pulsante "Informazioni su licenza e software"; apparirà una finestra di informazioni sul software.
3. In quella finestra, fai clic sul pulsante "Attivazione software" sulla barra degli strumenti per aprire la pagina di attivazione e individuare la sezione "Attivazione Internet" come mostrato nell'immagine seguente:
4. Utilizza il pulsante "Incolla" a sinistra per incollare la chiave di licenza dagli Appunti o inserirla direttamente nella casella di testo.
5. Fare clic sul pulsante "Attiva" a destra per attivare il software.
Per favore sii paziente; l'attivazione potrebbe richiedere alcuni secondi poiché il nostro server elabora la tua chiave.
Per i computer senza connessione Internet è possibile l'attivazione del software locale.
1. Nella stessa finestra, individua i controlli "Attivazione locale" come mostrato nell'immagine seguente e inserisci il numero di sequenza nella casella di testo.
2. Quindi, fai clic sul pulsante "Crea richiesta" a destra.
To activate the software without the Internet or using local Unlock Code, please follow these steps:
1. At the top of the main software window, click the 'Software' tab.
2. Select the 'License & Software Information' button; a software information window will appear.
3. In the same window, locate the 'Local Activation' group of controls as shown in the picture below
4. Enter your order number into the text box named Your order number:
If you do not know your order number please send an email to us at license@sprintbit.com
5. Locate the Create Request button on the right side as is shown in the picture above
6. Click the Create Request button to create a data needed for us to create a local license key for you to activate the software .
Ti preghiamo di inviarci un'e-mail con il testo mostrato nella casella di testo, puoi utilizzare un altro computer per inviare e-mail. Nella foto sopra c'è un esempio di quel testo. Contiene le informazioni necessarie per creare una chiave per te.
Ti verrà inviata una chiave di licenza crittografata. Una volta ricevuto, incollalo nella casella di testo designata e procedi facendo clic sul pulsante "Attiva" situato sul lato destro.
Se la nostra email contenente la chiave di licenza viene smarrita o persa, hai la possibilità di recuperare la tua chiave in modo indipendente.
Combina il seguente indirizzo Internet per scaricare la chiave:
1. https://www.sprintbit.us/keys/
2. aggiungi l'ID della sequenza o l'ID della transazione trovato nell'e-mail di conferma della sequenza.
3. aggiungi l'estensione .txt alla fine dell'indirizzo.
L'indirizzo finale sarebbe ad esempio:
https://www.sprintbit.us/keys/5678439389.txt
Copia e incolla l'indirizzo finale nella barra degli indirizzi del tuo browser Internet e premi il tasto Invio.
La chiave di licenza verrà quindi scaricata e visualizzata nella pagina del browser Internet.
Tieni presente che la chiave può essere scaricata lo stesso giorno dell'acquisto, anche se potrebbe non essere immediatamente accessibile.
