The Ticket Number is a one number from a game numbers pool like from example one of numbers from 1 to 49.
The Draw Number is one number out of all the drawn numbers, like 1 from 6.
 

 

Above First numbers are those ticket numbers that are above of the first draw number.

Here is an example ticket view with all ticket numbers that are above of the first draw number. (circled in yellow)
Please note that the first draw number is also included as numbers to analyze.

Here below you see a sample new game numbers 3 17 18 29 33 41, they are put on the ticket view and represented as blue borders.
So, there is one number 3 drawn that is drawn above the first number (number 5) from the previous draw.

Even though the numbers 1 2 4 are probable to happen, but the probability is low.
This rule is a flexible rule. Anything may happen, but, when you look at the Visual Analyser diagram, you can have some idea idea how they can be drawn.
In the case above, we would be rather careful choosing too many number above the first number if any at all.
